1. Who operates this site

2. What this site is, and is not

mimu.sh is an informational site. It describes who we are, lists the products we build, publishes writing, and distributes open-source agent skills.

Nothing is sold on mimu.sh. There is no checkout, no cart, no account, and no payment of any kind on this domain. Each product listed on the products section is a separate website with its own terms of service, its own privacy policy, its own pricing and its own support channel. Buying anything means leaving this site. The terms of the product you buy govern that purchase — not these terms.

The products currently listed are:

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• attempt to gain unauthorised access to this site, its hosting infrastructure, or any connected system;
• scrape, crawl or automate requests at a rate that degrades the service for others (ordinary search-engine and feed-reader crawling is welcome);
• use this site to distribute malware, or to send unsolicited commercial messages to the contact address published here;
• misrepresent your affiliation with us, or present our content as your own.

4. Content and intellectual property

The design, layout, wordmark and written articles on this site are ours and are protected by copyright. You may quote from articles for commentary, criticism, teaching or reporting, provided you attribute the source and link back to the original page.

Code samples inside articles are published so you can use them. Unless a specific article says otherwise, you may copy, modify and use them in your own projects, commercially or not, without attribution and without warranty.

Agent skills distributed from the skills page are licensed separately under the licence stated in their repository. That licence governs their use, not this section.

Product names, logos and brands belonging to third parties remain the property of their owners, and are used here descriptively.

5. External links

This site links to external websites, including our own product sites and third-party repositories. We do not control external sites and are not responsible for their content, availability, terms or privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement.

6. No warranty

This site and everything on it is provided “as is”. Technical articles describe what worked in a particular situation at a particular time; software, protocols and third-party services change. Nothing here is professional advice, and you are responsible for testing anything you apply to your own systems. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or your reliance on its content — including lost profits, lost data or business interruption. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top of this page always reflects the current version, and material changes will be noted there. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
